“We are in Beijing, and we had our first training session. We ran a little, now we will stretch. We devote a lot of time to warming up, stretching, and jumping exercises,” said Hanna Sola. “Adaptation is good. We expected it to be colder and frostier. While I would even say that it is hot now. But we are not in the stadium. There, they say, everyone is cold. Therefore, we will warm up as much as possible.”

She asked her fans to offer good exercises that would help Belarusian athletes to cheer up and become stronger. “Send video of how you train, some workout exercises for us,” she asked. You can send your examples on Instagram to Hanna Sola @sola_hanna or @olympicteamby.

There are four days before the start of the Winter Games in Beijing. The fire of the Olympics will be lit at the Bird’s Nest Stadium already on February 4th. Belarusian athletes are now actively mastering the venues of the upcoming Four Years Games. You can support them by participating in the Razam z Kamandai (Jointly with the team) campaign.
