New Banksy mural depicting foliage of trees appeared in north London
A new artwork by British street artist Banksy appeared in London. He sprayed green paint across the side of a building to mimic the foliage of a real tree, located a few metres in front of it, Reuters reports.
The photo of the mural was published on March 18th on Banksy's official Instagram account, where the artist usually claims responsibility for artworks to more than 12m followers.
“When viewed from certain angles, the green paint lines up with the tree's bare branches to represent its leaves. The work includes a stencil, typical of Banksy, of a person holding a spraying device, dripping in green paint,” the publication reads.
The renowned street artist's latest work sparked interest and excitement among users on social networks around the world.
