Netherlands got interested in origin of Zelenskyy's $850m

The Dutch Forum voor Democratie party has become interested in the origin of the $850m fortune of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, RIA Novosti reports

The party explained that, according to various sources, Zelenskyy's fortune is estimated at about $850m. “He did not receive most of this amount until he became president. So where did this money come from? And more importantly, what are they going for?” it tweeted.

As reported, last March, the Ukrainian leader’s family declared $817,000 of income for 2020, of which Volodymyr Zelenskyy's salary made $12,000. According to the Ukrainian President’s Office, he also declared royalties in the amount of $166,400 and a new real estate property for temporary use – a state villa.
