National Marketing Centre keen to expand co-operation with Cuba
Director of the National Marketing Centre Nikolai Borisevich has met with President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Antonio Luis Carricarte Corona. The meeting was also attended by Cuban Ambassador to Belarus Santiago Perez Benitez and Deputy Director of Centro Internacional de La Habana Armando Barrera Garcia – as reported on the centre's website.
The delegation was informed about the activities of the National Marketing Centre aimed at promoting the development of bilateral interaction between Belarus and foreign countries by solving practical problems facing business partners.
The two sides discussed promising areas of collaboration, including in the areas of IT, medicine, educational services and agriculture.
During the meeting, the parties noted that Cuban business circles are little aware of the business opportunities in Belarus. In turn, Nikolai Borisevich suggested using the centre as a launching pad for Cuban businessmen to get acquainted with the peculiarities of doing business in our country.
