Natalya Eismont stated that while the championship is not yet over, the organisers already have ideas for new features in next year's competition, “For now, I can only reveal the general direction we are thinking in, because what will actually have may differ greatly from what we are discussing now. First, we understand that the Vyacha Reservoir is an excellent venue, well-established and familiar to everyone. But, of course, we can no longer fit in here. When we received a record number of applications this year, the biggest question and problem for us was how to turn people down, how to call and tell them, ‘No, sorry’. As you can see, our championship has become open — it is broader than just a championship among the media. Therefore, when talking about the anniversary championship, we are thinking, first of all, about the scale of it — where we could possibly move to in order to have even more space, so that if twice as many teams apply for the anniversary championship, both ours and from abroad, we can accept everyone who wants to.”

Another idea is to divide the teams into categories, “So that, for instance, press offices compete with press services, law enforcers compete with each other, media outlets compete with media outlets, and so on. It’s feasible. And, of course, we will definitely try to surprise everyone with new features in terms of tasks, to make it even more interesting and to transform the participants' preparation a little, rather than following the same old routine.”
Through the media present at the event, Natalya Eismont invited everyone who wanted to join the championship, “We are open to everyone. I want to say a huge thank you to those who came to us for the first time. Of course, we are very grateful to those who come here every year. Traditions matter the most — essential thing! But we are also more than happy that new teams are joining us: bloggers from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus arrived as part of a joint team today, and we also have VGTRK, the Russian federal television company, here. Xinhua has been participating for several years in a row. We are always very grateful to them: they are our extremely success-oriented friends and colleagues. Therefore, we are grateful to everyone who joins us and invite those who would like to join in the future. We will be open and do our best to ensure that everything is of the highest standard and that people remember it. As you know, Belarusians are good at this.”
