Monthly-paid bonuses for young agricultural specialists increased in Belarus
On October 16th, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No. 372 On Additional Payments to Certain Categories of Agro-Industrial Complex Employees, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
The document provides for an increase in the amount of monthly-paid bonuses for young specialists of agricultural organisations from 0.46 to 1 base rate established by the Council of Ministers for the remuneration of employees of budgetary organisations. Such additional payments are due within two years from the date of conclusion of an employment contract.
Additionally, monthly surcharges of 0.81 base rate have been introduced for young specialists of these organisations who have worked for two years and continue to work for the next three years.
As a result, the amount of additional payments to young specialists with higher and secondary specialised education working in organisations of the agro-industrial complex on the basis of an employment contract will increase from Br125.6 to Br273 during the first two years. For young specialists who have worked for two years and continue to work, the amount of additional payments will increase from Br188.4 to Br409.5.
