Microsoft to render about $100m in assistance to Ukraine
American Microsoft announced its intention to provide Ukraine with an additional assistance of about $100m, and this would be technical support, TASS reports with reference to Corporation President Brad Smith
The company shared its plans related to the support of Ukraine next year. “Microsoft will continue to provide technical support to Ukraine for free throughout 2023. This means the company will allocate approximately $100m for additional assistance," Mr. Smith explained in a statement.
It is assumed that these measures ‘will ensure further operation of the digital infrastructure belonging to state institutions and critical infrastructure facilities’ in Ukraine.
As stated, the total amount of Microsoft's assistance to Ukraine has reached $400m since the end of February.
