Earlier, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, in an interview with Reuters, said that Seoul could decide on military supplies to Ukraine if there is a serious danger to its civilian population or if there is ‘a serious violation of the laws of war’.

“New parties have emerged who wish to help our enemies. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol announced that, in principle, his state is ready to supply weapons to the Kiev regime,” Mr. Medvedev said.

The politician recalled that South Koreans denied any possibility of supplying lethal weapons to Ukraine not so long ago, “I wonder what the residents of this state would say when they see that their closest neighbours – our North Korean partners – have the latest samples of Russian weapons. This is called quid pro quo [this for that].”
