Maksim Butranets appointed Deputy Chairman of Belarus’ State Border Committee

Colonel Maksim Butranets has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Border Committee – as envisaged by a decree signed by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on April 25th, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

In line with the President’s another decree, Major General Igor Pechen has been dismissed from this post. He was released from military service due to reaching the age of retirement, but has the right to wear military uniform and insignia.
