Lukashenko: we will face serious challenges in the future
The President of Belarus stated this at a special online session of the CSTO Collective Security Council
Aleksandr Lukashenko said, “We will face serious challenges in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the CSTO, while consistently and without excitement bolstering all its components and primarily the peacekeeping potential. It is very important to maintain mobility and efficiency of actions.”
The President believes that, judging by the western politicians’ activity, they are closely monitoring the situation. “It is obvious that deployment of the CSTO Collective Peacekeeping Forces violated the plans of instigators and performers of the provoked conflict. This once again confirms the correctness of our decision,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
