Lukashenko visiting INTEGRAL JSC, getting acquainted with development of domestic microelectronics

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko is visiting INTEGRAL JSC today, BelTA reports

The Head of State will be reported on the financial and economic situation and development prospects of INTEGRAL JSC – INTEGRAL Holding Managing Company. Aleksandr Lukashenko is planned to get acquainted with the exhibition of products manufactured at the enterprise, the work of the laboratory of new technologies and materials, and the assembly production facility.

A meeting on the development of domestic microelectronics is scheduled as well.

INTEGRAL JSC is one of the largest scientific and production enterprises in Belarus. The holding unites a number of organisations that specialise in the field of microelectronics and its applications. The integration into a single manufacturing system of silicon wafers, photomasks, semiconductor production lines, production facilities for metal-glass enclosures for microcircuits, assembly plants and manufacturers of electronic devices has contributed to a synergistic effect of the holding. Its enterprises are engaged into a full range of work – such as scientific development and design of microelectronics, production of crystals and their casing, the manufacture of complex engineering products, marketing and support of final products.

The company's main products are integrated circuits and semiconductor devices of various levels of complexity, which are widely used in electronic equipment manufactured in Belarus, CIS and non-CIS states. The product range includes more than 2,500 types of integrated circuits, 500 types of semiconductor devices, 200 types of liquid crystal indicators, 150 types of electronic devices, including medical devices and equipment, electronic displays, control units for household, industrial, automotive and agricultural machinery. The company's products are not inferior to their foreign counterparts in terms of their electrical and operational characteristics.

INTEGRAL JSC occupies a significant part of the integrated circuit market in the Russian Federation. Among the holding's strategic partners are major global electronics manufacturing companies from China and other Southeast Asian countries.

The company continues to actively increase its technological and production capabilities, participates in a number of government programmes and major scientific applied research on the development of the microelectronics industry.
