“Don’t forget that winter is the start of next year,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted. “If you fail winter preparation, then there will be no need to dream of a 30 percent growth next year in crop production and 18-20 percent growth in animal husbandry. You can’t fail the winter!”

In this regard, the Belarusian Head of State particularly underlined the need to observe discipline, “There is nothing to talk about without discipline, order, technology, and technological discipline. If you still haven’t harvested the corn that you pray for in the Gomel Region, if you haven’t even brought the straw from the fields, which lies after harvesters, if you haven’t ploughed thousands of hectares of plough land there – it is not worth of dreaming that you will expand in crop production next year. This won’t happen taking into account your loose discipline and improper attitude towards some issues, theft and whitewashing.”
