Lukashenko: there should be no debt to agricultural enterprises, farmers

As noted by the President of Belarus at today’s conference on the harvesting campaign in the country, there should be no debt of the state to agricultural enterprises and farmers

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Aleksandr Turchin, voiced a request to postpone the fuel loan repayment from August 1st to October 1^st, since rapeseed harvesting deadlines have changed. Sales of this crop were planned to generate money to repay these loans.

“Despite all the difficulties, we will try to provide support,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said, adding, “There should be no debt to agricultural enterprises and farmers. The State Control Committee will take control of this issue. This is an emergency if you fail to balance accounts with villagers on schedule.”
