Lukashenko: there is no more honourable profession than defending the Fatherland
The President of Belarus said this today at a ceremony to present state awards and shoulder straps to high-ranking officers and commanding staff
“There is no more honourable profession than defending the Fatherland, serving the country and its people,” Aleksandr Lukashenko addressed the officers and generals.
While presenting the state awards and general’s shoulder straps, the Head of State thanked those present and, accordingly, the Belarusian army and law enforcement agencies for their service to the Motherland. The President congratulated everyone on well-deserved awards and titles, “Thank you for everything you are doing for the country and the people! May there always be harmony in your families, order at work, peace of mind. May your children make you happy, parents live long, while luck and success accompany you in all affairs.”
According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, we all need very much this upcoming good, kind spring holiday in these tense times. “Therefore, I wish good health, peace and kindness to everyone – especially our heroic and delicate ladies,” he stressed.
