Lukashenko sends Independence Day greetings to President of Botswana
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, has congratulated the President of Botswana Mokgweetsi Masisi on Independence Day – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service
“I am sure that political relations between our countries have no barriers to fruitful development,” the congratulatory message reads. “We attach great importance to trade-economic co-operation and are ready to work on mutually beneficial projects in agriculture, industry, energy, healthcare and education.”
The Belarusian Head of State stressed that intensification of partnership across all levels in the areas of mutual interest would contribute to the well-being of both peoples.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Mokgweetsi Masisi strong health and success, and peace and prosperity to the people of Botswana.
