Lukashenko sends Independence Day greetings to President and all citizens of Iraq
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated President of Iraq Abdul Latif Rashid and all citizens of the country on Independence Day, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

“This holiday is a vivid symbol of the true courage and fortitude of the Iraqi people in their pursuit for freedom and independence,” the congratulation reads.
The Belarusian leader noted that Belarus highly values its friendly relations with Iraq, founded on mutual respect and sincere interest in developing co-operation in all areas.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Abdul Latif Rashid health, happiness and success, and the people of Iraq peace and prosperity.
“I am confident that our countries need to strengthen bilateral ties and expand trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian contacts for the benefit of both states,” the President of Belarus emphasised.
