The exhibition features samples of products from a number of leading Iranian medical and scientific-innovative manufacturers. The heads of state jointly examined the exposition.

Earlier in Tehran, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Ebrahim Raisi held official talks, following which they signed a roadmap for comprehensive co-operation between the countries in 2023-2026. A number of documents on the development of liaisons in various fields were also signed in the presence of the leaders of Belarus and Iran. According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, the agreements are estimated at a total of $100m.

“We have discussed in detail the level of our relations to date, and we have definitely determined with the President of Iran that there was a certain short pause in our relations. The peculiarity of today’s visit is that we have successfully overcome that pause, and we have agreed on many aspects. Another peculiarity of this visit is that – for the first time – we have agreed on all issues of bilateral co-operation and concluded many agreements, contracts and memoranda of intent," the Belarusian leader said.

After the talks, an official launch in honour of the President of Belarus on behalf of the President of Iran was organised.
