The Head of State recalled that one of the important upcoming events is the meeting of the President with parliamentarians of the outgoing convocation and it’s important to prepare well for this, “We must thank and reward those who deserve it, Vladimir Pavlovich [Andreichenko]. There should be no restrictions here, but it shouldn’t be in a crowd either. As is traditional: those who actively worked (and many deputies worked on the Constitution) … The Parliament was as solid and decent as ever, and did not create problems for anyone. It worked as it should, so those deputies who deserve it should definitely be encouraged.”
The Belarusian leader also drew attention to the issues of employment of deputies who will work in other positions. Aleksandr Lukashenko is convinced that Parliament is a good school, “I think almost all deputies are worthy. If you need any help from me, any interference in the process of their employment, tell me and we’ll settle these issues. There is enough work for everyone; there is plenty of work.”
The Head of State added that these issues will remain under the Belarus President Administration’s control.
