Lukashenko presented prize to Grand Prix winner of Vitebsk International Children’s Music Competition
During the opening ceremony of the 31st Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk International Festival of Arts, Aleksandr Lukashenko presented a prize to the winner of the Grand Prix of the 20th International Children’s Music Competition Vitebsk, Yelisei Kasich
The panel of judges of the competition gave the maximum number of points to the young talent from Belarus on the first and second days of the competition; as a result, Yelisei is the only one of the young performers who scored 140 points.
Yelisei Kasich is from Minsk, a pupil of the 6th grade of the pop department of the children’s musical art school No. 1 in Minsk. From the age of 5, the boy began to study vocals in the exemplary pop song studio Forum of the Vitebsk Cultural Centre, later – in the Youth Variety Theatre School of Stars. As a soloist, he annually participated in the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk International Festival of Arts. He is also a regular participant of city and nationwide events. Since 2020, he has been a pupil of the children’s art studio Malinovka by Spamash. Yelisei repeatedly became a prize-winner and winner of prestigious vocal competitions and festivals.
