We also outlined a number of joint work programmes between Zimbabwe-Belarus and other countries. If you have an interest in this and these countries show an interest, we will do everything necessary to liaise with you.”

The Belarusian Head of State also added that he had discussed in some detail with the President of Russia the issues of joint collaboration with Zimbabwe and other African states, “From him I received an assurance of effective co-operation not only for Belarus, but also for Russia, other countries friendly to Zimbabwe and other African states, and a great interest in this interaction.”
