Lukashenko off to Kyrgyzstan for working visit

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has left for a working visit to Kyrgyzstan, with the Head of State’s plane taking off from Minsk National Airport, BelTA reports

Aleksandr Lukashenko will take part in the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting in Bishkek. As the Belarusian leader’s press service previously reported, there are about two dozen issues on the agenda of the EAEU summit. The leaders of the EAEU member states will discuss the development of co-operation projects in industry, the formation of common markets, the work to remove obstacles and barriers in mutual trade, the main directions of international activity for 2023 and other issues.

Aleksandr Lukashenko will voice Belarus’ proposals on strategic directions for the development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), concerning the further deepening of integration in the EAEU space and ensuring the stability of national economies.
