Lukashenko meets with Government’s economic bloc

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, is holding a meeting with the economic bloc of the Government, the Pul Pervogo Telegram channel reports

"There are a lot of issues, and there are many participants. The most important of them deals with prices in the country. The President personally changed the format of the event right the night before, changing the speakers and adding participants," the source says.

The National Statistical Committee, trade unions, the leadership of both houses of Parliament, and the State Control Committee will report on the current situation, the reasons for growing prices, and proposals to curb them. The Government and the National Bank will inform on the measures taken to stabilise the situation.

“Figures will be used to present a real situation in the social sphere,” the Telegram channel adds.
