Lukashenko increased 2022 state investment programme to Br1bn
Amendments have been made to the 2022 state investment programme in line with decree No. 257 signed by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on July 26th – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service
An additional Br357.1m will be allocated for implementation of the 2022 state investment programme, and its volume will amount to Br1.052bn as a result (instead of previously planned Br695m).
Additional funds will be allocated to construct Republican roads and bridges, to continue the construction of facilities which financing has been suspended by international financial organisations, to build water de-ironing stations, to design and construct rental housing for military personnel and civil servants.
The measures taken will increase the number of facilities planned for commissioning this year from 48 to 60, improve the transport infrastructure and intensify work on increasing the volume of rental housing construction.
