Lukashenko extended condolences over passenger train hijacking victims in Pakistan
On behalf of all Belarusians and himself, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed deep condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, as well as the families of the victims of the barbaric passenger train hijacking in Balochistan, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
"It is with deep pain and sorrow that Belarus has received the news of numerous human casualties as a result of the hijacking of a passenger train in Balochistan. We strongly condemn extremism in any form. I am confident that Pakistan, which has been at the forefront of the fight against terrorism for decades, will cope with this challenge," Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
"There can be no justification for the inhuman crimes against women, children and other peaceful citizens," the Head of State stressed. "I am sure that those responsible for organising and committing that terrible terrorist attack will be punished as they deserve."
The President expressed wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims and also extended words of support to the leaders and citizens of Pakistan.
