Lukashenko extended condolences over death of Muslim believers as a result of terrorist attack in Peshawar
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has sent a message of condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Arif Alvi in connection with the death of Muslim believers as a result of an inhuman terrorist act in the city of Peshawar – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service
“It is with great sorrow that Belarus learned about the death of Muslim believers as a result of an inhuman terrorist act in the city of Peshawar,” the message of condolences reads. “There is no excuse for such crime. We strongly condemn any manifestations of aggression, intolerance and extremism as a means to achieve goals. I am convinced that all those responsible will be punished according to their act.”
On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed sincere condolences to the Pakistani President and the citizens of this country. The Belarusian leader addressed words of support and sympathy to the families and friends of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured in the tragedy.
