Lukashenko dispelled rumours regarding movement of Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces in Belarus
The President of Belarus today held a meeting to discuss the results of the inspection of the country’s security bloc
At the beginning of the conversation, the Head of State dispelled all sorts of rumours regarding the movement of the Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces in Belarus, “If you want peace, prepare for war. It was not me or you who invented this. In this way I want to answer all sorts of rumours that appear in our society, especially on the Internet, like in a garbage dump, about the movement of the Armed Forces of Belarus and the movement of the Armed Forces of Belarus and Russia. Once again I want to remind those who forgot. In line with a long-standing agreement with the Russian Federation, we have established a joint grouping of the Armed Forces of Belarus and Russia to jointly respond to threats to our Union State. We have been and are conducting training. Now, because of the current situation and threats, the training activities are more large-scale. We are conducting exercises on our territory, moving both the joint grouping of the Armed Forces and our Armed Forces wherever we see it necessary. That’s it. There’s no other intention, there’re no conspiracy theories. Everything is as I have told you.”
