Lukashenko congratulates President of Kazakhstan on 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between two states

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has sent greetings to the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the states – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service

“I am pleased to note that, on the threshold of a new decade in the history of Belarusian-Kazakh co-operation, we confidently stand on a solid foundation of friendship and mutual support. Our bilateral dialogue is now at the highest level, it meets the spirit of genuine alliance and strategic partnership," the congratulatory message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that – based on respect and trust – Belarus and Kazakhstan are developing political contacts, while promoting joint projects in the economy, expanding and strengthening their inter-parliamentary and interregional ties.
