“The history of our native land is known for the names of scientists who at all times selflessly and responsibly worked in the name of progress, strengthening the intellectual potential of the nation,” the congratulatory message reads.
As noted by Aleksandr Lukashenko, thanks to the accumulated experience, the continuity of scientific schools, and the introduction of modern advanced technologies, Belarus is a highly developed country that retains leading positions in the international arena in various fields of scientific, technical, and innovative activities.
The Belarusian leader added that it is science that gives impetus to the development of the economy and society, ensuring security and sovereignty, and creating a solid foundation for a comfortable and peaceful life for millions of citizens.
“In many ways, not only the well-being, but also the future of our Homeland depends on the results of the work of scientists,” he noted. “I am convinced that Belarusian science can achieve the most ambitious goals and realise the boldest ideas if each of you continues to work for results, respond promptly to changes and constantly move forward.”
“I wish you good health, happiness, peace, and new scientific achievements for the benefit of our native Belarus,” Aleksandr Lukashenko added.
