President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on his 75th birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
"Being an experienced diplomat who profoundly understands our modern realities, a dedicated professional who has devoted his entire life to service for the benefit of the Fatherland, and a true patriot, you have rightfully become a symbol of Russian diplomacy. In the face of unprecedented international tension, you are successfully defending national interests and actively contributing to the formation of a more just multipolar world," the message of greetings reads.
The Head of State noted that Belarus highly appreciates Sergei Lavrov's invariably friendly attitude towards the republic and his efforts to develop the Belarusian-Russian strategic partnership and strengthen the Union State. "I count on further fruitful co-operation in the interests of our countries and peoples," the President stressed.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Sergei Lavrov good health, fulfilment of all his plans in responsible activities, happiness and well-being.
