“The Russian people firmly link your name with significant social achievements and dynamic economic development, as well as strengthening of statehood and sovereignty of the Fatherland, growing authority and reinforcing Russia's role in the world,” the congratulation reads. “Your integrity and determination, loyalty to duty and political wisdom, exceptional devotion to the Motherland and firm will in defending its national interests have earned you nationwide recognition and the respect of foreign colleagues.”
The Belarusian leader is confident that the foundations of Belarus-Russia alliance and strategic partnership, laid down by joint efforts, will serve as a lasting guiding light for future generations of both nations.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Vladimir Putin health, happiness, prosperity, inexhaustible strength and energy for new successes in the highest state office.
