Lukashenko congratulated rescuers on their professional holiday

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has extended Rescuers’ Day greetings to workers and veterans of the Belarusian emergencies services – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service

“You continue the noble and heroic path of many generations of Belarusian rescuers who have repeatedly demonstrated honour and dignity, courage and bravery, readiness for self-sacrifice, responding to the threats of natural catastrophes and man-made disasters,” the congratulatory message reads.

The President of Belarus thanked them for devoted service to the Fatherland and the nation, for the high professionalism that they confirm every day, coming to the aid of everyone who is in trouble, for the courage and determination shown in extreme situations, and for the lives saved.

The Head of State sincerely wished new successes in the implementation of an incredibly difficult and responsible mission aimed at maintaining peace, security and well-being of our native Belarus.

“Be stronger than the challenges thrown to you and take care of yourself!” Aleksandr Lukashenko concluded, wishing everyone happiness, strong health and kindness.
