Lukashenko congratulated President on Equatorial Guinea on Independence Day

On October 12th, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated the President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, on Independence Day, sb.by reports citing the Belarusian leader’s press service

The Head of State emphasised that this holiday represents the desire to independently choose one’s own path and serves as a good occasion to reflect on the country’s achievements.

“I affirm that Minsk regards co-operation with Malabo as a significant and promising area. It is essential to promptly implement the agreements reached and begin fully implementing the projects outlined in the roadmap. I view this as crucial for strengthening trade-economic liaisons, creating new opportunities for co-operation and establishing a strong foundation for bilateral ties between our countries,” the Belarusian leader highlighted.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo strong health, boundless energy and successful work in his high government position, as well as unity and further progress for the people of Equatorial Guinea.
