“This holiday symbolises the unity of the people who have gone through a long path to the formation of statehood. Over the years of sovereignty, Minsk and Bishkek have managed to carefully preserve their common historical heritage and to expand contacts across many areas,” the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State noted that the successful co-operation of the two countries in regional organisations is a clear confirmation of the high level of Belarusian-Kyrgyz relations based on trust and partnership. “We were once again convinced of this when joining the SCO, having received the important support from Bishkek. I’m sure the established friendly relations between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan will steadily strengthen, and practical interaction will be filled with new projects,” the President stressed.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Sadyr Japarov and his compatriots peace, stability and prosperity, as well as further achievements for the benefit of their native country.
