President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the employees and veterans of Kommunarka on the 120th anniversary of the legendary confectionary, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"Since 1905, you have come a long way from a small coffee shop to the flagship of the confectionery industry of independent Belarus, whose products are highly appreciated in our country and far beyond its borders," the message of greetings reads.

As noted by the President, the use of environmentally friendly natural raw materials, the effective introduction of modern technologies, the creation of unusual recipes and original flavour combinations allow the factory to expand sales markets and win new fans.

"It is not surprising that Kommunarka's sweet products are among the first among the republic's enterprises to be awarded the highest award: the State Quality Mark, which has become a symbol of national recognition of your work," the Head of State added.

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the factory's dedicated and proactive team would do their best to fulfil the tasks that the confectionery industry faces.

The Head of State wished the employees and veterans of the enterprise good health, happiness and conquering new professional heights.
