Lukashenko commented on whom the future of agriculture and Belarus relies upon

During today’s solemn celebration of the leaders of the country’s agro-industrial complex, the President of Belarus noted with satisfaction that young people also work in rural areas now, including in leadership positions.

“The future of not only agriculture, but the country as a whole belongs to the youth – those who are able to form a team and effectively organise an operational process, to ensure discipline, careful attitude to resources and, most importantly, the dictatorship of technology in agricultural work. Such leaders are the state's long-term personnel reserve, but on condition that they surround themselves with professionals and prepare worthy successors, patriots of their country," the Belarusian leader said.

The President stressed that managers, specialists are the heart, the motor of Belarus’ agro–industrial complex, “Meanwhile, a path to the results that have been voiced today starts at schools and educational establishments, with the system of professional development of workers and specialists.”
