In particular, the Head of State stressed, “The measures taken by the Russian side should in no case impede the transit of Belarusian goods to third countries through the territory of Russia. Moreover, there should be no complaints when exporting Belarusian goods and services to the Russian market.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko stated with surprise that certain food producers are subject to a ban from the Russian side, “I must tell you that this is also the fault of our Government to think that we shouldn’t care about some small enterprises... Actually, such things must not happen at all! This is contrary to the ideology of our relations.”
Addressing the participants of the meeting, the President said that he was waiting for detailed answers and concrete proposals on how to act further. At the same time, he added that decisions should be prompt and carefully calibrated.
