Lukashenko: Belarus always interested in co-operation with Greece in wide range of areas
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated the people of Greece on Independence Day, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports
“For Belarusians, the Greek Republic is known as a state with a rich history and unique culture, cordial and hospitable people. Common spiritual values unite our countries. I hope that, despite the difficult geopolitical situation, Belarus and Greece will be able to maintain mutual interest in maintaining and developing ties for the benefit of both peoples," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State stressed that Minsk is always interested in resuming and deepening respectful and partnership co-operation with Athens in a wide range of areas, including trade, economic, investment and humanitarian spheres.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the people of Greece health, prosperity and well-being.
