Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold talks with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon in Dushanbe today, in a narrow and expanded format – also involving the delegation members.

The parties will discuss the expansion of co-operation, primarily in the trade and economic sphere, also focusing on the implementation of current and prospective projects. A package of international documents is expected to be signed following the negotiations.

A Tajik-Belarusian business forum is held in Dushanbe alongside Aleksandr Lukashenko’s visit. Representatives of 73 Belarusian enterprises are taking part, and almost fifty of them present their products at the Made in Belarus exhibition.

The total amount of contracts concluded at the business forum makes about $46m. In addition, $2m of agreements have been achieved during online negotiations.
