Lithuanian Foreign Minister informs on reverse effect of sanctions against Belaruskali

The sanctions imposed against Belarusian potash manufacturer Belaruskali have not brought the expected result and even produced the opposite effect – as stated by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, Respublika reports

The Lithuanian Foreign Minister noted that the sanctions had not affected the financial state of the Belarusian fertiliser producer but – on the contrary – provoked an increase in prices of its products, thus boosting revenues.
