Lithuanian businessman: mutual trade should preserve established ties

Belarusian Entrepreneurship Week is in full swing in the country – held under the auspices of the Government

The 4th Republican Business Forum – Entrepreneurship Development in Belarus: Consolidation. Strategy. Tactics – is taking place in Minsk today. Among its participants are guests from the European Union: Lithuania, Latvia, Germany and Poland.

“Over time, European politicians will realise that they have made worse for themselves when deciding to destroy political and economic ties. We are ahead of them: at present, we are signing an agreement on intention to open a representative office of the Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Lithuania. This will enable us to interact more closely with Belarusian businesses so that we can trade more actively. After all, we have used to buy a range of products at reasonable prices in Belarus,” Edikas Jagelavicius, the deputy head of the Forum of Good Neighbourliness public association, said.
