Lavrov says crisis is time of opportunity for EAEU

The world is changing, and new realities are opening up opportunities for the Eurasian Economic Union and its members – as noted by Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, TASS reports

Mr. Lavrov believes the EAEU strengthening is a strategic task in modern conditions. As he noted, though being relatively young, this association has already proved its viability and effectiveness. Its horizons definitely need to be expanded.

“The world is changing, but – as you know – the crisis is a time of opportunity, including for our Union and its members," Mr. Lavrov stated.
