Lavrov said risks of nuclear war are rather significant

Moscow proceeds from the principle of the inadmissibility of a nuclear war, but its risks are now rather significant – as stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with Russia’s Channel One, TASS reports

“This is our principled position, we are guided by this, and of course I would not want to see these risks artificially inflated now, when the risks are rather significant. Though there are many who want to do this. The danger is serious, it is real, it should not be underestimated,” underlined the Russian Foreign Minister.

He also stressed that the Russian Federation is making a lot of efforts to resolve the current crisis.
