I say this without any flattery or diplomatic niceties. It was a very substantive, well-structured speech that highlighted important ideological aspects and it was received with great enthusiasm by our senators. We sincerely thank Aleksandr Grigorievich for the unwavering attention he pays to matters of interparliamentary and interregional co-operation,” Mr. Kosachev noted.
At the same time, Konstantin Kosachev highlighted the importance of the annual Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, as well as the youth project Memory Train, “The project consistently encompasses the territories of both nations, Belarus and Russia, and we are inviting more and more people to participate. This means that those 200 young people, who travel the Memory Train route each year from a number of different countries that constantly increases, become not only friends, but like-minded allies in understanding our shared history.”
