Kochanova: there is no kinder and more important profession in our society than teacher

On the eve of Teacher's Day, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic, Natalya Kochanova, shared her views on the role of a teacher in Belarusian society

“There is no kinder and more necessary profession in our society than a teacher. Everyone has ever contacted this person, who leaves a mark in our life. Therefore, the role of teachers is huge, and it embraces education and upbringing of the younger generation. Adults also always remember the teacher who created pleasant impressions and became a good friend. Moreover, we know that third agers are happy to come to educational institutions today. Therefore, on the eve of the professional holiday, I want to thank our teachers and educators – all those who are engaged in such difficult, but very necessary work. I am giving you a low bow for your activity,” Natalya Kochanova said.
