Kochanova: 2025 Presidential election showed Belarusian people’s unity

Despite the efforts of detractors (especially those staying abroad) who are trying to split the Belarusian society, the recent Presidential election has shown that the Belarusian people are united – as stated by Natalya Kochanova, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, in her talk with the ONT TV channel

Ms. Kochanova noted, “There is a common desire to preserve our country and live the way we live: in peace and harmony. After all, we see what is happening in the world. Hot spots and attempts at destabilisation are emerging, and this cannot but worry us. Against this background, the wise Belarusian people have once again made the absolutely right choice.”
