Karanik: Belarus-China co-operation progressing

Belarusian-Chinese co-operation is developing along an upward trajectory – as noted by Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Karanik during his meeting with Shen Yueyue, the Deputy Chairperson of the National Committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference of China, sb.by reports with reference to the Government's press service

“In modern geopolitical realities, Belarus and China have created a new model of strategic co-operation relations, and it is centred round the joint progress and integration of development strategies of the two countries,” Mr. Karanik said.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed the achieved results of co-operation in the economic and humanitarian spheres, plans for future interaction, mutual support on political issues and the illegal imposition of sanctions and duties, as well as the development of regional co-operation.
