Kadyrov said special operation in Ukraine will progress at accelerated pace

Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu has set new tasks implying improved tactics and, according to Chechnya’s Head Ramzan Kadyrov, the special operation in Ukraine will progress at an accelerated pace, RIA Novosti reports

As part of his working visit to Moscow, the Head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, held a meeting with Russia’s Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu. They discussed aspects of the special operation and set further ways of interaction.

According to Mr. Kadyrov, the Defence Minister set new tasks that imply the improvement of further tactics. “The measures taken will significantly increase the effectiveness of offensive manoeuvres, and this will contribute to the progress of the special operation at an accelerated pace,” he explained, adding that Mr. Shoigu asked to convey ‘sincere words of gratitude’ to soldiers ‘for their significant contribution to the fight against nationalist and Bandera formations’.
