Hungarian PM: Ukraine may lose up to half of its territories

Ukraine may lose a significant part of its lands as a result of the conflict with Russia – as noted by Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban, RIA Novosti reports

Mr. Orban delivered a speech at a closed-door meeting of the Fidesz — Hungarian Civic Alliance party several days ago. He then predicted that the conflict in Ukraine could last until 2030, and Kiev may lose a third or half of its territory as a result.

The Hungarian Prime Minister added that it is the West that is to blame for the hostilities in Ukraine, once again emphasising that the European Union is shooting itself in the foot by imposing sanctions against Russia.
