Head of Russia’s State Duma Defence Committee: revision of NATO’s military doctrine suggests preparations for war

The NATO countries intend to restore their military production and are preparing for war, therefore, they are reviewing their military doctrine – as noted by Chairman of the State Duma Defence Committee Andrei Kartapolov, TASS reports

“As for NATO’s military doctrine, they are reviewing it [because] they want to ramp up military production and continue preparations for a future war. We need to understand exactly what they are doing and take retaliatory steps,” the Russian politician believes.

He also emphasised that Russia ‘has weapons that no other country in the world possesses, which are capable of resolving any issue in an armed conflict’.
