Head of Belarus’ NOC met with President of Russian Judo Federation
President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko has met with Head of the Russian Judo Federation Sergei Soloveichik – as reported in the NOC press service
The two sides discussed joint projects that were successfully implemented in 2022: training camps, randori and competitions in the two countries. They also touched upon the topic of international competitions.
Viktor Lukashenko noted that participation together with the Russians in competitions helps improve the skills of Belarusian judokas and help achieve better results.
In his turn, Sergei Soloveichik thanked the National Olympic Committee of Belarus for supporting judo, expressing confidence in closer co-operation between Belarus and Russia in the development of this sport.
